As an Athleisure Brand, and as a company, we have an overall environmental and social conscious and holistic approach. We have always made it part of our company's mission to be aware of both our social and environmental obligations, now and in all our future dealings and developments.
Our process begins with
The aim to always create a quality product with minimal impact to the environment. Our Creative team then set out to find inspiration from art, exhibitions, feedback and travel.
All products are then designed at our London HQ – this is where the magic happens!
Researching Innovative Fabrics
We dedicate time to researching new fabrics that have used sustainable fibres and processes.

BR4 Fabrics are knit with 100% Bio-based polyamide (Evo sourced from castor bean with no impact on food chain niether animal nor human) and are created following a dedicated production process which consumption and in C02 emissions. Brugnoli owns the patent. The result is a fabric with super stretch and comfort, quick drying, anti bacterial, chlorine and solvent resistant.
Our Seamless styles - are knitted to our designed shapes & styling - minimising fabric wastage, as the yarn is used to knit up the entire finished style.
Our recycled plastic element to some of our products is a, 100% regenerated nylon yarn derived from pre and post industrial waste such as discarded fishing nets, carpet fluff (the top part of Nylon carpets which have got to the end of their useful life). All such materials, once they have reached the end of their useful life, instead of being disposed of in the landfill, are recovered and regenerated.
Product Development
We produce 80% of our product in Europe - Portugal, mainly for all our clothing. Chosen purposely for their standards, sustainable practices and technological superiority. We choose quality fabrics that are mainly from Italian companies based in Europe, to minimise our carbon footprint. Our accessories come mostly from Asia; Turkey, India and China.
Our founder Katrin and the team visit all factories regularly quality checking and getting to know the people behind the product.
